Important

User Choice funding is for traineeships (also called apprenticeships).  A traineeship is an employment arrangement where the training is included in your employment.  That means that you are employed as a trainee and the training is part of your job.  You get the formal training and qualification through us and you also get mentoring and hands on experience at work.
