Government Funding for Queensland Residents
The Queensland Government funded programs offered by Australian College of Information Technology are:
Certificate 3 Guarantee Funded Courses
All courses are offered in class and online or any combination that suites you.
Eligibility
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- You must be residing in Queensland
- You must not have completed or currently be completing a qualification at Certificate III or higher (unless you did it at high school which is fine)
- You must have left high school
User Choice Funded Traineeships
Note: There is no charge for school based trainees.
All courses are offered in class and online or any combination that suites you.
Eligibility
- You must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- You must be residing in Queensland
- You must not have completed or currently be completing a qualification at Certificate III or higher (unless you did it at high school which is fine)
- You must be employed as an ICT trainee.
Important
User Choice funding is for traineeships (also called apprenticeships). A traineeship is an employment arrangement where the training is included in your employment. That means that you are employed as a trainee and the training is part of your job. You get the formal training and qualification through us and you also get mentoring and hands on experience at work.
